Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lushaurora.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 days of receiving the returned product. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@lushaurora.com. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
